Yannick de Kerhor

Yannick started his career at KPMG in the audit practice during 6 years before creating the French Transaction Services department in 1996. He was promoted Partner in 2000 and took the lead of the Transaction Services team in 2004. Yannick then served as KPMG France executive committee member in charge of the Advisory practice before joining EY France executive committee in 2015 in charge of the Strategy and Transactions practice up to 2021.

Over these last 30 years, Yannick has developed a large expertise in assisting complex cross border transactions in many geographies. His expertise covers all aspects of a transaction including buy side, sell side, financing for large multi-national corporates and private equity firms. Yannick also assisted numerous clients in operationally stressed situations or in case of disputes.

Yannick is graduated from EDHEC Business School.

 

Ghislaine Duval

Ghislaine is a partner at EKEM Partners and is a former Big Four partner. She has over 25 years of working on transactions for both corporates and private equity.

Her areas of expertise include large cross-border projects and complex carve-out transactions. Ghislaine has been based in several countries including France, Russia, USA, Vietnam and Romania.

She has worked on numerous deals with a focus on energy, media, telco, services and manufacturing industries. Ghislaine holds a finance and accounting master.

 

Blandine Mugnier

Blandine started her career at KPMG in the audit practice during 8 years before joining the French Transaction Services department. In 2016 she moved to EY in the Transaction Advisory team and then joined EKEM Partners in 2022 as a partner.

Over the last 25 years, she has developed a large expertise in transaction and financial related services for both corporates and private equity firms. Blandine has been involved in multinational M&A and other strategic projects in numerous countries and across a wide range of industries including retail, services, energy, and manufacturing.

She has also an extensive talent development experience in the financial analysis and coporate investigations space both for internal teams and clients.

Blandine is graduated from Neoma Business School.

Eric Tirlemont

Eric started his career at Accenture (i.e. Andersen Consulting at that time) delivering projects in multiple countries before starting the IT strategy practice of Deloitte in France in 1998. Following the split between Deloitte audit and consulting he co-founded Kurt Salmon in 2003 and served from 2003 to 2015 at Kurt Salmon French and global executive committees. He then joined Sia Partners in 2016 as head of CIO Advisory and focused on technology Due Diligence and IT PMI.

Over these last 30 years, Eric has developed expertise in numerous technologies (Cloud, ERP, e-commerce, AI, Cybersecurity..), IT contracts (SaaS, Joint Venture, Licences, IP) and IT finance. He has also assessed technology readiness for scalability in start ups as well as for large MNCs, developped risks mitigations plans and assisted in executing them.

Eric is an Engineer, graduated from Institut National des Télécommunications.

 

Mathias Benarosch

Mathias Benarosch is a partner at EKEM Partners and is a former Big Four partner. He has developed a large expertise in assisting international strategic and financial investors in the context of acquisitions and disposals.

Mathias has been involved in transactions in numerous countries across a wide range of industry sectors including notably energy, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, retail, chemicals, utilities and manufacturing industries.  

Mathias has a finance degree from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University and holds a MBA from the Paris Graduate School of Management.

 

Yoann Pinet

Yoann started his career with KPMG Transaction Services before joining Salt (i.e. Orange Switzerland at that time). In 2016, he took over as CFO with the Inovalis-Advenis Group (300 employees, real estate investment and asset management). Starting in 2021, Yoann did work alongside EKEM Partners on numerous transaction projects in various geographies.

He has spent his operational experience working in complex situations (transactions, restructuring, turnaround) or demanding contexts (LBO, public group) developing his ability to create value in an extremely hands-on mode.

He has also acquired an intimate knowledge of a number of industries including telecom, retail, consulting, industrial products, construction and property management businesses.

Yoann holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and graduated from Neoma Business School.
